  • No — EPIC works at the program and systems level, not with individual children or families.

  • The best first step is to submit the contact form so we can understand your needs.

  • Initially, we just need a brief description of your organisation, program, and what you’re trying to improve. Further information varies depending on service, but may include more information on context, policies and handbooks, or program documentation.

  • That’s okay — we can help you work that out together before anything is booked!

  • An Inclusion Consultation is a focused conversation to problem-solve, plan next steps, or get expert guidance without a full review.

  • An Program Design Review looks at how inclusive a specific program is, and identifies strengths and gaps.

  • An Inclusion Audit reviews how inclusive your current environment, policies and practices are, and identifies strengths and gaps.

  • No — while audits are helpful, you can book a Program Review or Consultation on their own.

  • Not at this time — EPIC provides clear recommendations and guidance, and it is the organisation’s responsibility to share and implement these with staff and volunteers.

  • EPIC services are primarily delivered online and asynchronously, allowing flexible access. Limited in-person visits may be arranged in Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs in the future where appropriate.
