  • With client knowledge and consent, EPIC may also collect information through audio recordings and/or AI-assisted transcription of consultation sessions for the purpose of accurate note-taking and report preparation.

  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders

Access is restricted to authorised persons only. Records are stored and disposed of in accordance with EPIC’s Records Retention & Disposal Policy, available upon request.
